Tye Love

Hometown - Highland Village, TX

Tye graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2009, earning a BFA in Ballet Performance under the direction of Mary-Margaret Holt. Prior to OU, Tye trained extensively with Lisa Slagle at the Ballet Academy of Texas, and with his mentor, John Magnus. Last season, Tye was featured as a soloist in Robert Mills' Pushing Pennies, and Gerald Arpino's Light Rain. He also enjoyed dancing in Jessica Lang's world premiere Voila! and Mills' Mozart's Requiem. Tye has also spent the last two summers on the faculty of the Joffrey Workshop Texas. Tye would like to thank his parents Charles and Shelley for their love and support.
