Natalia Callard

Natalia began practicing yoga in 2004 with Laura Bailey and subsequently Ashtanga with Jennifer Conatser Engleman and Maggie Clayton. Beginning to pass on her ongoing yoga practices to her own students in 2009, Natalia focuses on how to precisely implement correct alignment, how to protect the body from injury, and how to practice in a way that feels good. She also aims to safely assist individual students by discouraging their ego and by offering them a range of modifications appropriate for the development of their asana practice. Asana is an excellent way to enhance meditation practice as well.
