Hometown - Tallinn, Estonia

Darli began her training at European Dance Studio with her mother and continued with the Tallinn Ballet School, Norfolk Academy, and the Washington Ballet School. She completed her studies by graduating from the North Carolina School of the Arts and from Tallinn University with a Bachelor's in dance and choreography. She also trained with the Kirov Ballet, the Joffrey Ballet School and Kaatspan. She has performed with Vanumuine Ballet (Tartu, Estonia), Burklyn Ballet Theatre, New York Theatre Ballet, Albany Berkshire Ballet, and the Akjun Ballet. Last season she enjoyed performing the principal pas de deux in Les Sylphides, the Sugar Plum Fairy in Robert Mills' The Nutcracker, Le Corsaire pas de deux, and Glenda in Jacob Sparso's The Wizard of Oz. In the summer of 2009 she performed as a guest artist at the University of Oklahoma dancing Mary-Margaret Holt's Romeo and Juliet pas de deux. Darli is married to fellow company member Anton Iakovlev.
